I'm not sure I agree entirely. I guess things like stay inspired, exercise, stay close to friends and family make sense. But so far letting my heart be my guide and helping others have only done me more harm..
Wish I could believe in myself a little more sometimes though.
Still can't believe I have BARELY finished one chapter of FA today. FML. Okay back to work.
