We changed our modem at home to a new black one with brand new password. Tried to connect using my laptop in the afternoon, succeeded in connecting but for some reason none of the webpages I tried could load. After a frantic attempt of googling and trying everything people over the web suggested, it still refused to cooperate. Gave up and called the Singtel hotline, the very nice guy guided me through procedures even though at times it was really hard to understand what he was trying to say. A million attempts later, loading still failed. He told me that its my PC's problem then, not the connection problem.

Which means my loyal pink Aspireone has finally died. :(
